LVFTZ International Container Village (ICV)
The international Container Village is a 50 acre area located at Mweyanjale Central Business District half an hour drive to Mutukula the border for Uganda and Tanzania. It is planned for expansion as the Free Trade Zone grows.
ICV been designed to offer the opportunity for the regional importers to commence operations in the zone with low capital investment.
Annual or monthly lease or rental for a minimum Unit Plot of 1,000 sq. metres 31.6 x 31.6 meters of land to accommodate containers of imported goods.
Unit Plots can be rented or leased as facilities for retail and warehouse for imported goods.
Unit plots serviced by a well designed network of roads that enter, exit and movement within the ICV for heavy and light trucks easy and cost effective.
On site loading and offloading of equipment.
The Lessor can seek written approval of architectural plans from the Lake Victoria Free Trade Authority (LVFTZA) to develop the unit plots to construct approved buildings.
Goods in the ICV can be re-packaged, re-exported, displayed and re-sold to regional buyers.
